Tips from Aspen’s Clinical Education Team
Our Clinical Education Team shares recommended tips and tricks for how to use and care for your back brace at home!
- When applying the brave, take a breath and then attach the side panels. Doing this will ensure a more comfortable fit.
- Keep the brace clean by wearing something between the brace and your skin. A cotton shirt will help wick away moisture.
- The pads can be hand washed with mild soap and water and allowed to air dry. Do not put pads in washing machine or dryer.

Remember to always follow your healthcare provider's recommendations and if you need to adjust or resize your brace, contact your healthcare provider.
